NCS Kwara Chapter Conducts Whizkids Competition

Greetings to all distinguished members,

I hope this message finds you well. I am delighted to inform you that the Whizkids IT committee successfully conducted a Whizkids Competition for secondary school students. The competition took place on Thursday, the 22nd of June, 2023, and it was a great success. We had 12 students from various schools participate in the competition.

The competition aimed to test the students' knowledge and skills in ICT. Diverse sets of questions were created to challenge the students' abilities, and we were amazed by their performance and enthusiasm.

The committee worked diligently to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Additionally, certificates were given to all participants, and the details of the top five winners have been sent out to NCS as required for the next phase (zonal) of the competition.

I want to thank everyone who contributed to the success of this competition - from our committee members who helped plan and execute the event to the schools that supported our efforts. I also want to thank the Kwara Chapter Chairman of NCS, Engr Taofik Abdulkareem, for his presence throughout the day of the competition. I am proud of the results and look forward to future collaborations that will further enable our goal of supporting the education sector through ICT.
